VOLUNTEERING AT WOOFSTOCK
We are always in need of additional volunteers to assist with planning and staffing Woofstock. Join staff and other volunteers to deliver the Sequoia Humane Society's message to the community and raise money to support our programs.
We have volunteer shifts available on Saturday 8/15/09, Sunday 8/16/09 and Monday 8/17/09. Volunteer opportunities include:
Setup (Saturday)
Take Down (Monday)
(All other volunteer shifts are on Sunday)
* vendor check-in
* first aid
* admissions/ticket booth (cash handling experience required)
* food prep/server
* beer & margarita servers (must be over 21 – limited number of positions available)
* stage hands
* contest registration
* raffle ticket sales
* recycling & trash pick-up
* security (some experience required)
* runner (must have own vehicle)
* floater
* clean up
* other/misc. volunteer tasks
Volunteering may count toward community service hours.
